The Public Trust for Tourism Promotion and Advertising of Puerto Vallarta puts at your disposal the new measures implemented by the government of the state of Jalisco, with the aim of stopping the spread of the virus by COVID-19, firmly taking care of the health of citizens and visitors in the destiny.

USE OF FACE MASKS

The use of face masks is mandatory for all people who are in any public space.

 

RESPONSIBLE HOTELS

Hotels can operate up to 80% of their capacity and 50% in their common areas and beach services. The hotels pools, beach clubs, spas, gyms and restaurants are now available to guests.
Sanitary filters are carried out to restrict the access of people with a temperature above 37 ° C, and / or with catarrhal symptoms; antibacterial gel is placed on the access doors for guest service; The use of face masks is mandatory in common areas and when in contact with people who do not belong to the same travel group.

 

CLEAN AND OPEN BEACHES

The public beaches are now open; however, it is recommended to access them following the preventive measures for healthy coexistence: It is recommended to shower before going to and from the beach; maintain a distance of five meters between one group and another; use antibacterial gel; When entering and leaving the beach, use a mask (it can be removed when you are in the place where you will stay); maintain groups of maximum 8 people; chairs, lounge chairs and umbrellas must be sanitized before being used.

 

AIRPORT AND MARITIME TERMINAL, FULFILLING

Cleaning, disinfection and prevention measures continue in force at the Puerto Vallarta International Airport, the maritime terminal, public transportation, supermarkets and government offices.
The state of Jalisco has managed to obtain the Safe Travel Seal granted by the World Travel and Tourism Council (WTTC), by complying with the hygiene and sanitation standards standardized worldwide in all its facilities.

 

PUBLIC SPACES AND TOURIST SERVICE PROVIDERS

The squares, centers and commercial corridors are operating with the respective sanitary protocols.

Tourist tours and recreational activities are operating normally with a capacity limit of 80%.

Restaurants will operate at 50% with the capacity allowed until 00:00 hrs.

The operation of bars and clubs is suspended during the month of August.
