To secure this booking, a payment of 50% of the grand total is due within 3 days of confirmation of intention to book.
Any and all amounts payable, whether they be a second partial payment or the grand total, [plus a refundable damage deposit of $100.00] must be fully settled 5 days prior to arrival. If that date has already passed, then payment must be fully settled within 1 days of confirmation of intention to book.
We have a no-refund policy in the event of cancellation. However, at our discretion, refunds may be considered to the extent canceled dates can be filled at comparable rates. In such cases, a surcharge will apply.
